After 20 years as a marketing innovator with several Fortune 500 companies, Eric refocused his efforts in 1992. Eric is now very actively involved in the entrepreneurial community, providing key aid to business owners to improve their professional and personal performance.

Currently Eric is a Trustee of the Organization for Entrepreneurial Development (OED), and the Director of their outreach programs, bringing access to the diverse resource needed in the entrepreneurial community to solidify their competitiveness and advance the longevity and success of their businesses.

For over fifteen years, Eric has guided over 1,500 small business owners to found, sustain and expand their business. He speaks monthly to audiences of fledgling business owners & struggling entrepreneurs, delivering his no-nonsense approach to accomplishing success in their professional and personal lives.

Eric is a founder and member of the Board of Trustees of OED and is a Fellow of the Institute for Independent Business, a global research, training and accreditation organization based in the UK.
