Information about Best Day at the Beach events held at the inner cove of C-Street at Surfer's Point in Ventura, CA in the beach front of the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

There's a small free parking lot on Plasco de La Playa (north of the Crowne Plaza) or a large free parking structure on the corner of California and Santa Clara Streets. There's also a 3-story *paid parking* structure south of the Crowne Plaza on Harbor Blvd - you must pay to park in it. However, you can park there for free IF you stop and get a meal, appetizers, or drinks at the Crowne Plaza -- as they'll be able to validate your parking. Please do so to get free parking and also support one of our sponsors! The Crowne is also an awesome place to stay if you're coming from out of town as well - we surf right in front of it!

Volunteers should show up at at 8am to help set up. Learn more. Participants must be pre-registered and need to show up at 9:30am sharp to check in. Learn more. The event should be complete for participants by 1pm - and teardown finished by 2pm for volunteers.
