I volunteered last summer and it was the greatest and most fulfilling experience of my life. I cant wait to see the smiles on the children's faces again!!!

A huge, warm thank you to Best Day Foundation for providing the most adventurous day my daughter's ever had! My daughter got off that kayaking expedition, and for at least 15 minutes looked bewildered, got out of her wetsuit, looked back at the kayaks going out, coming in and going back out to sea, and a huge smile appeared on her face. A fear broke, and she just opened up. You are amazing! And so is she! THANK YOU!!!! A very very grateful Mother X

My daughter Amanda and I had such a wonderful time yesterday being beach buddies with Caleb. He is a shining star and are so blessed to have met him and to have had the opportunity to spend time with him and all the other children that were there. Thank you Best Day Foundation giving this kids "The Best Day Ever!" and for giving me and Amanda the opportunity to be involved.

Props to Michael for running Dimitri's chair around on the sand pretty much all day and keeping him stoked!

This boy was so stoked to be on the kayak, SUP, outrigger and to just be run around on the sand on his sand buggy wheelchair!!! He had an infectious smile and a larger than life spirit that made us all feel wonderful!... Still stoked... One of the best weekends of my life to date...

This is one of my most favorite events. Smiles & laughter from one end of the beach to the other. The kids have so much fun & the volunteers have even more! These kids have spirits bigger than the universe! I'm such a lucky dog to hang out with them. Thanks Best Day! Love you kids!

I was able to participate in this past weekend's event at Doheny Beach. It was fantastic! I am a pediatric occupational therapy and my wife is a pediatric speech pathologist, so the ease of working with the population at the event was seamless... Had a blast!... I hope to be a part of these (and the snow) events in the future!

We just wanted to say thank you. My kids had such a blast! My son has decided he loves paddling on the water and can't wait to go again. We may have finally found a sport he loves! My kids loved having buddies to hang out with and play with. As for me and my husband, it was a wonderful stress free day. Each of my children got their needs met and got attention, while my husband and I watched, took photos and enjoyed their smiles. Thank you for including us. We really hope to be able to participate again.
