After her first two Best Day at the Beach events in NJ and all the time and effort she, her fiance and Chapter Co-Chair Lake Downham, and their community put in to make them happen, Alexis Leaman, Best Day NJ Chapter Co-Chair said:

"This weekend was amazing. It's been hard to wipe the smiles off of our faces. I can't believe that I get to do this every year for the rest of my life. So many people live their entire lives without feeling this sense of pride, fulfillment and just pure joy that I am feeling after doing these camps. I am truly truly blessed for having this opportunity and I want to thank you for giving it to me."
